I cannot say enough good things about this company after working there for almost 5 years! All of the employees who I have worked with are fantastic and dedicated to producing the best quality product in the most efficient way, all while ensuring safety in the workplace. The environment is very welcoming, friendly, and organized, which are all key components of a successful company. This is without a doubt a company to consider in this industry.

Great company to work for, they've treated me with a lot of respect , very supportive!, I've learned so much as I came in not knowing much about my actual job but I got the opportunity and here I am with more then 10 years on the job, enjoying it and always looking to learn more. Management really care about me and they have definitely showed that..

Most of the negative reviews are dead on and this place has the track record to prove it. The owner seems to just ignore that management alone has pushed so much talent out of this place with their lazy, careless, ignorant and abusive ways. Instead of allowing managers to push talent out the door through their unprofessional ways maybe try replacing management with qualified management and I am sure this place will thrive. This place is well known in the area for everything mentioned. I recommend asking around.The denial and respect for subpar workers at top levels is astonishing and speaks volumes about how this place is ran. The problems are obvious as day even to a blind man. I recommend looking elsewhere.

I worked at Baywood for 2 yrs. A great group of skilled people and fun to work with. I started in customs where I received fork lift training, solid surface training and first aid. I worked my way up to health and safety and ran the joint health and safety committee. Then an opening came along for me to move into the office doing estimating. I have nothing but good things to say as Baywood advanced my career. I recommend Baywood for any one looking to advance and work hard and to any clients looking for good quality work.

This gang of idiots couldn't pour water out of a boot with instructions printed on the heel. This is an ongoing case study of mismanagement on every level. I recommend against putting your faith in Baywood.
